Croisic
Le Croisic is a town in the Loire-Atlantique department, in the region of Pays de la Loire. Le Croisic is 15 minutes from the west of Saint-Nazaire. The south rocky coast is named the Wild Coast. The fishing port is managed by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Nantes and St. Nazaire. This is the first port in France where they fish for prawns. In 2005-2006 was a boosting of the center of the island, by the construction of several subdivisions of individual habitats. The aim was to allow families, especially youth, to be grounded in the peninsula, instead of having to live in Saint-Nazaire and Nantes.
